Christopher Webster [Celluloid 03.07.12] action

Loosely based on the true story of an old dude who fought some black guys on a bus in California (though it turns out the old dude may have been a racist who started it), Danny Trejo plays Frank Vega a vietnam vet just trying to keep to himself but gets embroiled in some ass kicking bad assery in light of the murder of his best friend.

Synopsis:
Decorated Vietnam vet Frank Vega returns home only to be shunned by society leaving him without a job. It's not until forty years later that an incident on a commuter bus makes him a local hero. But his good fortune turns for the worse when his best friend is murdered and the police aren't doing anything about it.

Bad Ass is directed by Craig Moss who's resume is littered with plain bad spoof licks like Saving Ryan's Privates and The 41-Year-Old Virgin Who Knocked Up Sarah Marshall and Felt Superbad.

Expect to see it sometime in the next year.
