Christopher Webster [Celluloid 04.25.16] post apocalyptic apocalyptic cyberpunk scifi action thriller adventure

Sci-Fi London is one of the world's leading genre festivals and it's a ton of fun to boot. The 2016 madness begins this week, April 27 and runs until May 6, 2016. If you're near by, don't miss out on seeing some of the wildest and most anticipated films coming soon.

Some of the films on this years line-up that have me excited are some we've covered on these pages. The robots run amok, Kill Command, the insane Polder, the post-apocalyptic cyberpunk-er Cord, and Embers, a film that our own Simon Read really loved.

Another film that I'm curious about comes from the writer of Pandorum. It's called Somnio (pictures above), which we supported when it was looking for help on Kickstarter a year ago.

Also playing is the slick cyberpunk indie The Call Up.

And guys, that's just scratching the surface. Lots of awesome stuff happening. Visit the official festival webpage for the complete line-up.
