Anthony Scott Burns does it all. A writer/director/editor and composer, Burns' feature film debut Our House showed great promise and he's really stepped up the terror with his sophomore effort Come True.

Come True stars the talented Julia Sarah Stone (fantastic in Allure and most recently in the excellent drama Honey Bee (review)) as Sarah, a teenage runaway struggling with recurring nightmares. She finds some safety in a university sleep study offering money and a place to sleep but being under the watchful eye of cameras and observers proves to be too much and Sarah's dreams seem to get even more disturbing and soon the line between reality and nightmare begin to blur.

In addition to Stone, the film also stars Landon Liboiron (Truth or Dare).

The first trailer for Come True is creepy, intense, visually striking and features a pounding soundtrack, the film features with music by Electric Youth (Drive), culminating in a disturbing preview of what seems to be a must-see horror movie.

Come True will have its world premiere on August 30 at the digital edition of the Fantasia International Film Festival which runs August 20 to September 2.
