Nice one Not Scott Bakula! I love that Italian Army of Darkness poster! and Cube!? :o You've taken this to a whole new level my friend. I've got some re-prints of Italian Spaghetti Western posters from the 60s but that's it for international.

On another note, one of my favorite illustrators is Frank Frazetta (who's probably most known for defining the look and texture of the Conan series). Well it's a little known fact that he was hired by Tarantino and Rodriguez to conceptualize a poster for their From Dusk 'till Dawn movie. It was never released but here's what it looked like.

Also, here is the complete poster set for the upcoming film The Gene Generation. We've covered this film a lot around here and I think it's safe to say that it's a release that we're all anticipating.

You can find more on the film here:

Alright so these aren't film posters but they're still cool. A series of J.G. Ballard first edition soft soft covers from 1974. They were designed by artist David Pelham for Penguin Publishing.

Well 3 of those are actually post apocalyptic, Ballard had a real fetish for that topic. The Wind From Nowhere is about high speed winds which cause global devastation and force people to live underground. The Drought is aptly titled, the water disappears and the oceans recede. The first 3/4 of the book are really dry (pun not intended) but the last 1/4 is incredible. The Drowned World is the exact opposite, flooding all over the planet causing jungles and rising high up skyscrapers. These last 2 would make GREAT arthouse PA flicks, and the first one I haven't read and didn't actually know about till now, odd considering he's my favorite author. Hopefully they're will be a run on his material for film sources soon, as Vincenzo Natali is already set to do his book High Rise, which is also awesome :)

This poster is for an awesome Neil Marshall event that's being held in London from August 21-25 which is why it features images from all three of his films; Dog Soldiers, The Descent, and Doomsday. Man, I wish I could go.

This sweet Iron Sky sales poster from The Cannes Film Festival was sent to us by our friend, Filmmaker James l. Franchon. It is definitely worthy of a post in the gallery.

Thanks man!
