Was a top notch site - Full of great links and great reviews.
I used it massively in the past to check out some old faves and discover the great wealth of Books, TV programmes and Films that have been made over the years dealing with Dystopian, End of World scenarios.
Does anyone have any idea who ran it ? - Would love to see it back on the net.
