Thanks for the info.

I guess it's true that going to the source is the way to enlightenment. When I first read your response, wa5, I realized that sometimes the gray matter does come up with the occasional right question, at the right time, in the right place !!

I liked the 04 Dawn of the Dead. It was one of those rare cases were the remake actaully was okay, and not a waste of time. It also wasn't very true to the Romaero's version, but it still worked out okay.

I haven't seen the remake of Day of the Dead, but I don't know if I should.

Good timing, this afternoons movie on SunTV (Canadian Station ? ) is Night of the Living Dead...in all it's black and white, dark blood, shadowy glory. With commercials, IMA . Last week I found a VHS version for a buck. Figure it's time to plug it in. 8-) .

BTW, The new Day of the Dead was ok, sometimes great. Enjoyed it for what it was and it's on the shelf for later....

Graveyard Alive: A Zombie Nurse In Love

A parody of the horror genre drawing inspiration from zombie movies and medical soap operas. It relates the story of a hospital nurse, Patsy, who fantasises about stealing the handsome Dr Dox from his current flame, and her arch-nemesis, Goodie. A fortuitous bite from a zombie patient begins to turn Patsy's dreams into reality. Suddenly, she has voluptuous breasts and heart-stopping legs and can belt out a torch song like nobody's business - all to Dr. Dox's titillation and Goodie's consternation. Becoming a zombie isn't hazardous to Patsy; it is rather an overnight route from dowdy to dynamo. The only hitch is that she develops a ravenous craving for human flesh. Directed by Elza Kephart, and stars Anne Day-Jones and Karl Gerhardt. (From Canada, in English) (Comedy) (2004) (Rpt) M (H,V) CC WS

This is on SBS (Australia) tonight at 10 50 PM... they seem to be having a Zombie fest on Monday nights Woo Hoo.
